Recent reports show that osteopathy is one of the fastest growing health disciplines in Australia.
According to the Private Health Insurance Administration Council (PHIAC) – A government body, the number of people choosing to visit an Osteopath has increased by 48% over the last two years. As a comparison, other manual practitioners such as Chiropractic and Physiotherapy increased by only 7% and 11% respectively during this time period. The popularity of Osteopathy appears to be incrementally increasing.
